My Story

The Journey Begins

A Foundation Built On

Passion & Purpose

I grew up surrounded by horses, and it didn’t take long for me to fall in love with riding—especially barrel racing. I started on my parents’ horse, Rosie (Major Debut), and what began as a passion quickly grew into competing and winning titles, trailers, buckles, and saddles.

One of the most meaningful parts of my journey began when my family brought home Blondie (Biankus Frenchgirl), a $1,800 yearling from a local auction who immediately captured my heart. She went on to become a champion, holding the fastest time on a WPRA standard pattern for four years with a record of 16.643 seconds.

In 2014, everything shifted when horse injuries forced me to step away from competing. That season became an unexpected invitation to slow down, reevaluate, and deepen my trust in our Creator. Along the way, I discovered the beauty of wholeness—learning to work with the nature we’ve been given, rather than against it. That perspective now shapes the way I connect with and train my horses, bringing a deeper sense of partnership, understanding, and respect into our journey together.
